Start of Internship at ISC

As I begin my time at ISC I have high hopes for what the internship will be able to provide to me. In the past my internships haven't been with a company that does awards or hosts a competition so I feel it will be fascinating and informative to gain knowledge about the process since I would be managing someone on the other side of a competition. This will allow me to see what judges are looking for and how artists' are even selected, so I will know what an artist needs in order to stand out and secure that contact. Plus, I will be able to build my network by connecting with my peers and superiors for anything I might need in the future even after my time is up at the company.
